Operating out of a small studio in scenic and historic Mahone Bay, Bloom began as a collaboration of working professional photographers Natalia Ciszek and Terilyn Lemaire.

Bloom was borne from a genuine need for beautiful, simple-to-order prints in Eastern Canada and expanded to include local and handmade print products featuring beautiful Canadian materials and exceptional craftsmanship. 

​

Bloom aims to offer the highest quality archival prints and products alongside personalised and engaged customer service. We want to help other professionals grow their businesses and simplify their print and packaging processes, as well as to encourage people to engage with their photographed memories in a tangible, wonderful and lasting way.

At Bloom, we are constantly working at refining, improving and expanding. We always welcome suggestions and feedback and continuously try to include all in our work.

Natalia is a former professional tennis player who fell in love with photography traveling the world for tournaments. She now photographs births, children and families and spends her time outside of the print studio homesteading with her husband and four children.

​

Terilyn is a former wedding and portrait photographer in Kenya who now works in fantasy portraiture and T&I in Eastern Canada. When not in the Bloom studio, you can find her in far flung places, enjoying life with her husband and three sons in their hot air balloon.

​

Natalia and Terilyn are both avid polar dippers and they can be found most mornings bobbing around in the Atlantic Ocean in the middle of winter wearing bikinis and mittens.
