Our ordering platform performs a resolution check on your image. This is a calculation based on the number of pixels in the image versus the chosen print size. Each photo size has a different benchmark for the density of pixels (or DPI) required for optimal printing.
A low resolution error may mean that the clarity of your image could be compromised due to its resolution. BUT NOT ALWAYS! We advise everyone to ignore the error. If your image will not print well, we will always contact you first and let you know so you can choose whether you want to go ahead with printing or have that portion of the order refunded.
